(b) the right to leave may be converted, until August 31, immediately after the fiscal year in which the right is created, in a public service designated by the Minister (or a public sector agency or service) into an amount determined by the Minister, set in accordance with point (a); and (a) the employee is employed in tasks classified in the South Australian Public Sector Parges Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2014 (or an enterprise agreement entered into to replace this enterprise agreement); or (e) persons who are employed by the Crown in a public service under a statute and who are not entitled to long-term leave under this Act or under its terms of employment (with other persons appointed to the Office of Justice, a person paid exclusively by fees, allowances or commissions, or a person employed by a legal agency). The South Australian Modern Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2017 (SAMPSEAS) was officially approved by the South Australian Employment Employment Tribunal (SAET) on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. This date now becomes the official start of the new payroll contract, with the terms of the agreement that will apply from 31 January 2018 and salary increases dating back to October 2017. The EPI intends to communicate with members throughout the year on the implementation of the terms of the new agreement, including the many improvements psa members have achieved during this round of negotiations. (2 ter) Part 7 of the Act, as amended by the sub-regulation (2 quater), applies to a staff member of the South Australian Assistance Authority (the Authority) under the Lifetime Support Scheme 2013 applied on February 1, 2014 or after February 1, 2014, When the worker is employed in tasks classified as of February 1, 2014; (b) an employee of the labour authority covered by Section 101B of Education 1972 (with the exception of a worker employed as an instructor or teacher of swimming and water paid every hour, classified as the Teachers DECS Award or the SA School and Preschool Education Staff Staff 2012 (or award or enterprise agreement entered into in lieu of this award or agreement). 8. The amount of USD 180 (indexed) covered in the sub-regulation (7)a) is annual (as of the beginning of the days of the 2013/2014 fiscal year) by multiplying this amount by a fraction; the division of the consumer price index for the March quarter in the previous fiscal year by the Consumer Price Index for the March 2012 quarter (with an adjustment that applies based on when a leave entitlement is opened and not a payment).
